Happy Veterans Day!

Today is Veterans Day and it’s an opportunity for all of us to celebrate and      honor the bravery and sacrifice of all U.S. Veterans.  Make sure to take a moment to thank those who have served our country.

How can you help a Veteran or a Veteran’s family?

If you know a Veteran or surviving spouse of a veteran who is facing the need for in-home health care, assisted living, or nursing home care, let them know about an important benefit available to Veterans to help pay for these costs.  At Wiggen Law Group we assist Veterans and surviving spouses of Veterans with eligibility for the Improved Pension/Aid & Attendance benefit.

Good News For Veterans!

The Office of Management and Budget recently approved a six-page claim form that veterans can use to apply for disability benefits, replacing a very complex 23-page application.  The new form can be found here.

Veterans and widow(er)s of veterans may be entitled to financial assistance from the VA to help pay for the cost of home health care, assisted living care, and nursing home care.  If you would like a FREE consultation to determine if you are eligible for these benefits, please contact Wiggen Law Group today at (919) 680-0000.
